The 25th Celebration of Industry, Mining, and Trade in Fars Province

The 25th Celebration of Industry, Mining, and Trade in Fars Province was held on December 14, 2021 (23rd of Azar, 1400) in Shiraz, with the participation of national and provincial officials.

This annual event provides an excellent opportunity to reflect on the most significant driving force of the economy: the industry and mining sectors. These sectors, as generators of sustainable employment, play a pivotal role in boosting the gross national product (GNP) and increasing per capita income.

During the ceremony, which was attended by high-ranking provincial officials, including the Deputy of the Industry and Trade sector and the Head of the Mining, Industry, and Trade Organization of Fars Province, active manufacturing factories in the fields of industry and mining were honored for their resilience and continued operation during the challenging periods of international sanctions and the COVID-19 pandemic.
